What you would do

• Ensure proper maintenance of bank-owned or leased properties in the zone.
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environment standards across branches and facilities.
• Safeguard staff, customers and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Manage upkeep and repair of engineering infrastructure (HVAC, generators, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure branch ambience and infrastructure reflect brand and customer service standards.
• Foster relationships with internal departments, SBUs and external parties (regulators, landlords, service providers).
• Provide regular updates on property status, project progress, HSE compliance and infrastructure condition to line management.
