What you would do

• Oversee general civil and building works for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure proper maintenance of bank-owned or leased properties in the designated zone.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment standards across branches and facilities.
• Safeguard staff, customers and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Manage upkeep of engineering infrastructure including HVAC, generators, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensure branch ambience and infrastructure reflect bank customer service and brand standards.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations, environmental standards and urban development policies.
