What you would do

• Safeguard staff, customers and bank assets by ensuring a safe and secure physical environment.
• Maintain branch ambience and infrastructure to meet customer service and brand standards.
• Oversee general civil and building works, ensuring timely, cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties for smooth operations.
• Manage office space allocation for staff.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental standards and urban development policies.
• Oversee construction of new branches and renovations of existing facilities.
• Maintain and repair engineering infrastructure such as HVAC, generators, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Provide regular updates on property status, project progress, HSE compliance and infrastructure conditions.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment standards across branches.
