What you would do

• Coordinate the construction of new branches and renovations of existing facilities.
• Manage staff office space allocation and ensure efficient use of space.
• Oversee general civil and building works to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain all bank-owned or leased properties in the designated area.
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environment standards across branches and facilities.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, customers and assets.
• Oversee upkeep of engineering infrastructure including HVAC, generators, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure branch ambience and infrastructure reflect customer service and brand standards.
• Foster relationships with internal departments, SBUs, regulators, landlords and service providers.
• Provide regular updates to line manager on property status, project progress, HSE compliance and infrastructure conditions.

• First degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years' relevant experience.
