Area General Services Manager (Enugu)

What you would do

• Oversee processing of facility-related tax obligations to ensure compliance.
• Manage maintenance of engineering infrastructure such as HVAC, generators, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environment standards across branches and facilities.
• Ensure branch ambience and infrastructure align with customer service and brand standards.
• Coordinate construction of new branches and renovation or upgrading of existing facilities.
• Oversee civil and building works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery; maintain bank properties.

• First degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
