Area General Services Manager (Enugu)

About this role

This role is for a Facility and Property Management professional overseeing branch construction, maintenance, and HSE across the bank’s Enugu zone, reporting to the line manager. It targets candidates with a technical background in building and engineering disciplines and at least five years of relevant experience.

What you would do

• Coordinate new branch construction and renovation projects
• Allocate office spaces for staff for optimal use
• Oversee civil and building works to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery
• Maintain bank properties whether owned or leased in the designated area
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environment standards across branches and facilities
• Manage upkeep of engineering infrastructure (HVAC, generators, electrical, plumbing) and ensure business continuity

• First degree in Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant professional certification is a plus
