What you would do

• Coordinate construction and renovation of branches and facilities.
• Manage allocation of office spaces for staff.
• Oversee general civil and building works to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Ensure maintenance of bank properties (owned or leased) in the zone.
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environment standards across branches and facilities.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, customers and assets.
• Oversee upkeep of engineering infrastructure (HVAC, generators, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure branch ambience and infrastructure reflect brand and service standards.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties (regulators, landlords, service providers).
• Provide regular updates on property status, project progress, HSE compliance and infrastructure conditions to the line manager.
