What you would do

• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide updates to the line manager on property status, project progress, HSE compliance, and infrastructure conditions.
• Manage upkeep and repair of engineering infrastructure (HVAC, generators, electrical, plumbing).
• Coordinate construction of new branches and renovation or face-lifting of existing branches and facilities.
• Oversee general civil and building works for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment standards across branches and facilities.
• Oversee processing of facility-related tax obligations (land use charges, tenement rates).
• Ensure branch ambience and infrastructure reflect customer service and brand standards.
• Safeguard staff, customers and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
