What you would do

• Repossess products from delinquent customers in collaboration with Area Business Managers and Field Sales Executives when intervention is required.
• Provide weekly updates to Sales and Risk Management on field interventions, results, and customer insights.
• Design, pilot, and implement collection processes to improve repayments and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit and establish cash collection centres and set up the collection area.
• Drive follow-up with Field Officers to ensure collection calls and repossession tasks are completed on time.
• Report fraud or field misconduct such as product tampering or mis selling, following Risk processes.
• Train Field Sales Executives on repossessions and handling difficult customer collection issues.
• Conduct mystery shopping to verify sales quality and gather regional insights for strategy.
• Assess regional portfolio and repayment trends; set daily, weekly, and monthly collection strategies.
• Report cases of product tampering through Risk-approved mechanisms.
