What you would do
- Support business development, including client engagement and identifying new opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients and contractors
- Coordinate projects and manage timelines, teams and deliverables
- Produce architectural designs and 3D visualisations
- Follow up on contracts and keep them on track
- Coordinate real estate management activities
- Oversee construction work to ensure adherence to approved designs
What they are asking for
- Degree in Architecture (MSC advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management or coordination
- Strong design and construction knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit and 3D design software (required)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
