What you would do
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments
- Produce architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renderings for presentations and marketing
- Prepare presentation materials and design boards for client visualization
- Collaborate with planning, engineering and project management teams during project development
- Revise designs based on internal reviews and client feedback
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, planning regulations and industry standards
- Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and address construction issues
- Assist in preparing documentation for planning approvals and project execution
- Stay updated on architectural trends, materials and visualization technologies

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in architectural design (preferred)
- Strong portfolio showing design, 3D modelling and rendering abilities
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, space planning and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion (as listed in posting)
- Strong architectural visualization, interior design, 3D modelling and rendering skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good understanding of construction methods and building materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and work both independently and in a team
