What you would do
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, designs and working drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections and construction details
- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings and visual presentations
- Produce and revise drawings per project requirements and management instructions
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical and other engineering teams
- Assist in preparing design presentations, proposals and architectural documentation
- Review construction drawings for design discrepancies and coordination issues
- Assist with planning submissions, building approval documentation and regulatory compliance
- Ensure designs comply with building regulations, standards and project specifications
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions and project documentation
