What you would do
- Ensure production electronic and digital channels are available 24/7 for customers
- Support and troubleshoot applications to resolve technical issues
- Maintain system performance, security, and stability
- Assist in system upgrades and monitor application health
- Provide insights to the business through script writing and BI tools
- Keep documentation of processes and findings
- Follow established procedures and standards
- Collaborate with team members to support applicants’ needs
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively
- Contribute to testing activities (unit, regression, integration when required)

- First degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
- Professional certifications (eg MS SQL, advanced script writing, AIX/Unix/Ubuntu, basic financial knowledge, .NET programming) preferred
