Application Officer

What you would do
- Maintain digital and physical client files securely and confidentially.
- Research admission requirements, documentation procedures and visa guidelines from official sources.
- Support timely submission of applications according to institutional deadlines.
- Follow up with clients for missing documents and corrections.
- Update applications, client interactions and statuses in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Application Team Lead, Study Advisors and other departments to ensure efficient processing.
- Communicate with clients about outstanding documents and application progress.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing visa applications and supporting documents.
- Assist in processing student admission applications to international institutions.
- Monitor submission progress and maintain records of offers, pending documents and updates.

- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Education or related field from an accredited institution.
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience in study abroad consulting preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM systems.
- Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
