What you would do

• Monitor crane and vessel performance and provide updates on vessel progress
• Support vessel turnaround activities to minimise operational delays
• Record and maintain vessel and cargo information accurately
• Coordinate and manage vessel-related documentation and real-time updates
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for operational records
• Follow safety rules, procedures and work instructions at all times
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents and support safe lifting practices
• Sign off vessel plans and plan yard and gate operations for CHE Analyst
• Plan and optimise short-term vessel and yard operations (2-hour window)
• Communicate with control room, vessel, yard planners and stakeholders to ensure continuous operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and terminal operating systems

• Experience in vessel planning, yard planning and housekeeping (CHE Analyst)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
• Capability to work independently and follow priorities
• Familiarity with Navis Suite and other relevant tools
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergencies
