Annuity Manager

What you would do
- Develop and implement the annuity growth plan to meet annual premium and income targets
- Expand market share through new sales initiatives and distribution channels
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with PFAs, employers, brokers, unions, retiree associations and other partners
- Identify opportunities and lead negotiations for major annuity accounts
- Lead and develop the annuity sales team, setting KPIs and driving productivity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, AML/CFT and risk management standards
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
- MBA or relevant master's degree is an added advantage
- Professional qualifications such as ACII, FCII or other relevant qualification
- 10-15 years' relevant insurance experience, with at least 5 years' experience in annuity, life insurance, pensions or retirement solutions
- Proven experience leading sales and/or business operations teams
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian insurance and pension landscape
