About this role
Analyst, Segment Portfolio Management role based in Lagos for Premium Banking clients, focusing on growing and retaining a high-potential multi-currency wealth portfolio and driving digital engagement and relationship management.
What you would do
- Develop management dashboards and executive presentations on performance, risks, opportunities and actions.
- Collaborate with Retail Analytics, Products, Wealth, Digital, Finance and frontline teams to validate data and deliver timely decision-useful information.
- Monitor health, growth and profitability of the Premium Banking portfolio including deposits, AUM and revenue.
- Conduct product, channel and behavioural analysis to identify opportunities across wealth solutions.
- Provide performance insights for executives and frontline teams, including pipeline quality and tail-management actions.
- Load and track campaigns and leads, coordinate data-led campaigns, and monitor campaign performance and conversions.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
- 5-8 years' experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analytics, Sales Performance Management or Customer Segmentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
- Experience in business performance reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- AI-literate with understanding of machine learning and AI-driven analytical applications.
