Analyst - Customer Acquisition and Compliance

About this role

A role for a data and channel insights professional focused on customer acquisition and compliance for MTN Nigeria in Lagos. It targets individuals with experience analysing channel performance, SIM registration/data, and collaboration with regional teams.

What you would do

• Collate and analyse SIM registration, availability, activation, retention and churn data
• Develop weekly and monthly channel reports for business review meetings
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle tracking and efficiency monitoring
• Engage regional teams to implement Customer Acquisition Channel initiatives
• Maintain a reliable database to support channel decision making
• Provide training and onboarding support for the SIM Acquisition agents and assist with system readiness

What they are asking for

• First degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• 3-7 years of work experience including at least 3 years in a specialized area
• Experience with data mining tools and report generation
• Experience in project planning, sales/marketing or related function in a medium-sized organisation
• Telecoms experience would be an added advantage
• Fluent in English
