About this role
An Associate director level role for leading KPMG's alliance with ServiceNow in Africa. It focuses on turning ServiceNow Elite Partner status into a steady flow of revenue by managing the commercial relationship, developing the joint pipeline, and guiding end-to-end bid processes across Africa.
What you would do
- Develop and manage KPMG's ServiceNow alliance pipeline across Africa with a live, qualified opportunities pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with ServiceNow partner sales, solution consultants, and executives across African markets.
- Represent KPMG in partner forums, Knowledge conference, and joint account planning sessions.
- Identify and qualify ServiceNow-led opportunities and position KPMG offerings for relevant ServiceNow modules.
- Shape complex opportunities into commercially viable propositions and lead proposal development and bid management.
- Ensure smooth handoffs from pipeline to delivery and maintain accurate forecasts and conversion tracking.

- Degree in Business, Technology or related field.
- ServiceNow sales certifications preferred (e.g., Accredited Sales Engineer or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years in technology sales, business development, or alliance management; at least 5 years in a ServiceNow partner ecosystem context.
- Proven track record of originating and closing ServiceNow-led technology deals.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow partner programme, Elite Partner requirements, and commercial incentives.
- Established network within ServiceNow partner and enterprise sales organisations.
