About this role
AIBT is looking for an AI Developer to design, build, test and maintain AI-based solutions that automate processes, support data-driven decisions, and integrate ML and large language models into existing systems. What you would do
- Design, develop, test and deploy AI powered applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and integrate machine learning models for prediction, classification, automation and other use cases.
- Build applications leveraging LLMs, generative AI, NLP and related AI technologies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise apps, websites, APIs, databases and workflows.
- Develop and maintain AI driven chatbots, virtual assistants, document processing tools and automated customer support solutions.
- Prepare, clean, transform and analyse datasets for model training and deployment.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using organisational data sources.
- Work with AI frameworks, libraries, and APIs to build scalable intelligent applications.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy, reliability and cost.
- Document architecture, development processes, model performance and technical specifications.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, software engineering, data science, computer engineering, mathematics or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant software development or AI engineering experience.
- Experience developing, testing and deploying AI powered applications or ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI models or LLM services via APIs/SDKs.
- Familiarity with data preparation, model evaluation, testing and deployment processes.
- Experience building AI chatbots, intelligent assistants, RAG apps or similar solutions is advantageous.
- Strong programming and understanding of AI, ML, DL concepts; ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
