What you would do

• Lead agro-allied and manufacturing projects from concept through implementation and commercialisation.
• Develop feasibility studies, business cases, financial models, budgets and investment proposals.
• Evaluate profitability, ROI, CAPEX, OPEX and cash flow projections.
• Identify new project opportunities, investors, funding sources, offtakers and strategic partners.
• Coordinate agricultural value chains including sourcing, processing, manufacturing and logistics.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor costs, milestones, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, productivity and sustainability.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, government agencies, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare management reports and investment documentation to support decisions and expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in agribusiness, agro-processing, agricultural manufacturing or agro-allied project development and management.
• Experience delivering agricultural or agro-processing projects.
• Practical experience in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, budgeting, cash flow projections and commercial evaluation.
• Understanding of agricultural value chains, agro-processing operations and project economics.
• Experience in business development, investment proposals, funding opportunities or partnerships.
• Strong project planning, leadership, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CFA, ICAN or similar are advantageous.
