Aftersales Warehouse Specialist
About this role
The role is for an Aftersales Warehouse Specialist in Lagos, within the Aftersales Department of Linkway Electronics Limited. The job focuses on managing aftersales inventory, including spare parts, returned products and service materials, ensuring accurate records and timely supply to technicians and service centres. What you would do
- Issue spare parts and materials to technicians and service centres based on approved requests.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe and orderly according to procedures.
- Organise and label items for storage, identification and retrieval.
- Track returned, defective, damaged and warranty-related products with proper documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and security of electronic components and home appliances.
- Prepare regular inventory reports on stock, movements, shortages and damages.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report losses or irregularities.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to supervisor.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system.
- Receive, inspect and document incoming spare parts and aftersales inventory.

- Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields (Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply or related).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications; experience with inventory management software is a plus.
