Aftersales Warehouse Specialist

What you would do

• Receive and document incoming spare parts and aftersales inventory.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the warehouse system or stock register.
• Issue spare parts to technicians and service centres based on approved requests.
• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Organise and label warehouse items for easy storage and retrieval.
• Track returned, defective, damaged or warranty items and document accordingly.
• Coordinate movement of parts between warehouse, service centres and other departments.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and security of electronic components and appliances.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report losses or irregularities promptly.

• Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing and Supply or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience; experience in aftersales, electronics or home appliances is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications; experience with inventory management software is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication, record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of honesty, accountability and stock security.
