The role focuses on providing facial and body treatments, delivering high-quality client experiences, and maintaining clinic standards. The successful candidate will conduct skin consultations, recommend treatments and home-care products, and support sales targets. The position requires discretion, strong communication, and professional grooming, with work in a team alongside medical and aesthetic staff. Salary is N250,000 per month plus performance incentives.
What you would do
- Recommend treatments and home-care products
- Follow health, safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain a polished appearance and represent the clinic’s image
- Conduct skin consultations and client assessments
- Stay updated on skincare products, techniques and trends
- Provide a warm and personalised client experience
- Ensure rooms, tools and equipment are clean and sanitised
- Work with the medical and aesthetic team
- Support treatment and retail sales targets
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality requirements
