What you would do
- Engage prospective students daily via phone, WhatsApp and email to discuss programmes and enrollment timelines.
- Guide applicants through forms and documentation; assess eligibility and communicate next steps.
- Explain program structures, fees and deadlines in a clear, supportive manner.
- Facilitate fee and deposit collection and liaise with Finance to resolve issues.
- Maintain proactive follow-up with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Record interactions and updates in CRM and report progress to Senior Admissions Counselor.
