About this role
An Administrator is needed to support daily operations for an online education platform, handling scheduling, student and tutor support, data management and platform coordination. This remote role is suitable for highly organised, proactive individuals who can work independently to keep the learning environment smooth for students and tutors.
What you would do
- Respond to inquiries from students and tutors via email, chat or ticketing systems
- Provide basic technical support for platform navigation
- Assist with onboarding, registration, scheduling and account issues
- Maintain calendars, coordinate tutor availability and match tutors to students
- Manage class bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
- Prepare reports, manage data and maintain student and tutor records and course materials
