What you would do

• Assist in planning staff meetings, trainings, and company events
• Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
• Keep accurate records, files and databases for HR
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments
• Oversee daily office activities, supplies and maintain a tidy workspace
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, letters and documents
• Handle meetings, appointments and maintain the office calendar

• Minimum of OND, HND or BSc in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role is an advantage
• Must reside around Berger or its environs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
