Admin & Sales Officer
About this role
Westfield Consulting seeks an Admin & Sales Officer in Abuja to combine office administration with sales development in the oil & gas and environmental services sectors. The role targets a proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks and build relationships with corporate, industrial, and government clients.
What you would do
- Manage office operations, correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain records of contracts, invoices and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for haulage and marine services.
- Support HR functions including staff scheduling and performance tracking.
- Develop client relationships and identify opportunities in petroleum products marketing, waste management and consultancy services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and bids and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
What they are asking for
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in sales, administration or operations within the Oil & Gas Industry or related industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
