What you would do
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure teams, schedules, facilities, vendors and service activities are properly coordinated.
- Develop, document and implement SOPs, processes and administrative systems.
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
- Coordinate between departments and ensure timely follow-through on tasks and issues.
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
- Supervise administrative/support personnel and coordinate external service providers where required.
- Maintain proper records, documentation and reporting systems.
- Support management with planning, coordination and execution of operational priorities.
- Continuously improve processes to make the business more organised and efficient.
