The Admin Officer will provide administrative and operational support to Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited to ensure daily activities run smoothly in Oyo. The role covers document management, office operations, staff support and coordination of administrative services within a farm/manufacturing setting.
What you would do
- Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain records, files, correspondence and other administrative documents.
- Manage office supplies and administrative resources.
- Monitor office facilities, equipment, utilities and general maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications.
- Support staff accommodation, transportation, logistics and onboarding where required.

- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of office administration and record management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in farming, manufacturing or a related industrial environment is an advantage.
