Admin Officer

What you would do

• Manage daily administrative operations, records, correspondence, supplies and logistics.
• Support scheduling, documentation, meetings and reports for management and departmental heads.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, equipment servicing and vendor services.
• Supervise office staff, cleaners and security personnel, including attendance and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement and maintain accurate inventory of office and clinic supplies; monitor clinical consumables to minimise wastage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, regulatory and administrative requirements; prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for management.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, office management, facility management or a similar role.
• Experience in a clinic, healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality or premium service environment is an advantage.
• Proven experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors, procurement and facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, professionalism, integrity and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
