Admin Officer needed for a professional services environment in Lekki, Lagos. The role targets organised individuals with discretion who can support administrative and operational tasks within a law firm or corporate setting.
What you would do
- Manage daily office administration, correspondence, filing and documentation
- Maintain and organise client, matter and office records (physical and electronic)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and calendars
- Prepare letters, memos, reports and meeting notes
- Assist with preparation, printing, scanning, collation and filing of documents
- Support lawyers and management with administrative tasks and handle enquiries professionally

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other digital tools
