Admin/Client Experience Officer

TrulyAsake, a Lagos-based fashion and clothing brand, is hiring an Admin/Client Experience Officer to be the face of the company. The role supports day-to-day operations and aims to deliver an exceptional client experience, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

What you would do

• Answer customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms promptly and professionally.
• Welcome walk-in clients and provide a warm, seamless in-store experience.
• Oversee orders, follow-ups, payments and deliveries while keeping clients updated.
• Handle client complaints and issues professionally to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, payments and other key information.
• Provide administrative support to management and production teams and track pending tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
