Accounts, Inventory Audit & Sales Officer

What you would do

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including purchases, payments, receipts, sales and petty cash expenses.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
• Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, expenditure summaries and management reports.
• Maintain records of vendor transactions, accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure expenditures are documented and authorised.
• Conduct weekly farm visits to verify inventory and perform internal audits.
• Physically count and verify seeds, seedlings, fertilisers, agrochemicals, equipment and other inventory items.
• Compare physical counts with stock records and supplier invoices; report discrepancies.
• Maintain and verify seed, seedling and crop traceability throughout nursery and field operations and report losses or unexplained differences.
