What you would do
- Assist in managing assigned client accounts and maintaining account records
- Support account managers in monitoring client requirements, expectations and deliverables
- Follow up on outstanding client requests and provide timely updates
- Draft client emails, proposals, presentations and project updates
- Respond to routine client enquiries under supervision
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments
- Document client feedback, requests and changes to project requirements
- Track project timelines, deliverables and deadlines across assigned accounts
- Follow up with creative, strategy, marketing and production teams on ongoing projects
- Assist in preparing client briefs and ensuring requirements are communicated accurately
