Accounting Manager

Domeo Resources International (DRI) is hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting duties in Abuja. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring internal controls, preparing reports, and supporting audits and financial reconciliations. The position targets candidates with several years of accounting experience, particularly in revenue, payables/receivables, cash management, and financial reporting, ideally with experience in a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality setting. The employer focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and effective financial monitoring to support revenue protection and cost control. Applicants are expected to have a relevant degree and professional qualifications or progress towards ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or equivalent are a plus.

What you would do

• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.
• Identify and report financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
• Maintain accuracy of cash and payment records.
• Prepare orderly audit documentation and support audit readiness.
• Record accurate accounting entries and financial records.
• Complete daily and monthly accounting tasks on time.
• Provide timely financial information and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and monitor receivables.

What they are asking for

• Nigerian accounting and statutory knowledge.
• Experience in revenue reconciliation, payables/receivables, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Salon, Spa and Bar PMS, POS, and accounting systems is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification or progress towards ICAN, ACCA, ANAN or equivalent is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a reputable Salon and Spa is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable; ability to prepare and reconcile financial records.
