• B.Sc. Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant accounting experience, preferably in a large-scale manufacturing company
• Leadership potential and willingness to pursue ICAN professional qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP accounting software, and CRM platforms
• Strong experience in bank reconciliation, customer account reconciliation, debtor aging analysis, and monthly incentive calculations
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
