Accountant & Business Development Manager

What you would do

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements, payment platforms and cash transactions.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss reports, cash-flow reports and management accounts.
• Track customer payments, supplier balances, expenses and outstanding debts.
• Monitor stock values, product costs and production expenses.
• Support payroll, tax filings, statutory compliance and audit preparation.
• Maintain documentation and internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to ensure records match business transactions.
• Lead the sales team that targets hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, caterers, offices and institutional buyers.
• Develop and manage proposals, quotations and commercial offers for qualified leads.

• Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience with exposure to business development or B2B sales.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Good understanding of reconciliations, costing and financial reporting.
• Evidence of winning and retaining business customers and leading or coordinating a sales team.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
