What you would do
- Reconcile all client payments for accuracy
- Prepare and submit clients' invoices and follow up for prompt payments
- Capture imprest payments accurately in the report
- Prepare monthly productivity reports
- Keep supporting documents for imprest expenses
- Reconcile physical cash with imprest balance on request
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory payments (VAT, PAYE, etc)
- Prepare timely imprest reports
- Post imprest expenses into Sage
- Perform any other duties as described in the job description
