What you would do
- Research GAAP applications for financial statements and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and consolidated accounts.
- Assist in reviewing organisational documents and new deal structures for accurate accounting.
- Prepare quarterly disclosures to the SEC.
- Document accounting policies based on GAAP research.
