What you would do
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Record and support all financial transactions with appropriate documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records for income, expenditure, assets, and liabilities.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts and monitor payments.
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue customer payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain petty cash records and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Assist with payroll verification and reconciliation where applicable.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and compliance with internal controls.

- Minimum of 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA, or progress towards certification (added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and statutory compliance.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
