What you would do

• Record sales, purchases, receipts and expenses in Zoho Books
• Issue invoices, track customer balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Check supplier invoices and approvals before preparing payments
• Reconcile accounts, manage petty cash and retire staff advances with receipts
• Administer payroll, complete tax filings and close the books monthly
• Track production costs and inventory
