What you would do
- Reconcile stock and cost reports in collaboration with Kitchen Accountant and Storekeeper
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements with company books

- Maintain accurate daily records of income and expenses
- Monitor food, beverage and overall operational costs
- Record sales from all outlets and reconcile with cashier reports
- Identify leakages, wastage, pilferage and report promptly
- Post supplier invoices, market purchases, salaries and operational expenses
- Ensure cash lodgments are made promptly and receipts filed
