What you would do

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and statements of account
• Record and allocate customer payments accurately
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
• Reconcile sales records with customer payments and bank statements
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers for timely payments
• Support month‑end closing, financial reporting and audit exercises
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate collection challenges when necessary
• Maintain an up‑to‑date accounts receivable ledger and ageing report
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and proper documentation of transactions
• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed
