What you would do
- Prepare and maintain accurate waybill financial records.
- Verify waybills for correct charges, customer details, and destination.
- Record daily waybill transactions in the accounting system or records.
- Ensure all waybill income is captured and accounted for.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between waybills, receipts, collections, and records.
- Maintain filing and documentation of waybill documents and payments.
- Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch teams to confirm completed deliveries.
- Reconcile and report on waybill collections in a timely manner.
- Produce daily/monthly reports with accuracy and on schedule.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly.

- BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in transport, logistics, courier, or haulage
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial controls
- Experience with waybills, receipts, collections, or transport-related records is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
