Account Officer

About this role

An Account Officer is needed to manage payables and receivables, maintain financial records and asset schedules, and prepare production and sales reports. The role targets candidates with initial accounting experience who can support budgeting, tax compliance and inventory control in Ogun State.

What you would do

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely
• Prepare and analyse production and sales reports
• Maintain financial records for month-end and year-end closing
• Track customer invoices and payments to ensure cash flow
• Collate monthly departmental expenses against the budget
• Maintain asset schedules and monitor inventory records
