Account Officer

What you would do

• Process financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure timely stock valuation and conduct stock taking and reconciliation.
• Monitor budgets and prepare related reports.
• Handle invoicing and payment progression for inward/outward transactions.
• Record data through sales and purchase ledgers from invoice receipt to completion.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and inter-branch reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank statements with payment vouchers and ledgers.
• Utilise accounting software (Sage, NAV, Peachtree/QuickBooks, etc.).
• Analyze costs of performances and activities for comparability across periods.
