Account Officer

• Maintain records of all financial transactions
• Process approved invoices and payment requests
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on balances
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts
• Support payroll documentation and statutory deduction schedules

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or related field with 2 years of experience
• Experience in a publishing or manufacturing firm is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under supervision
