The role is for an Account Officer at Coleman Technical Industries Limited, located in Arepo, Ogun. What you would do
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents
- Process invoices, payments, receipts and other financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and customer and supplier accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable for timely collections and payments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Support budget preparation, cost analysis and financial planning
- Maintain documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory remittances where required
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support internal and external audit activities
What they are asking for
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience, manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Professional certification (ICAN, ATS, ACCA, or part qualification) is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems desirable
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ages 22–35 years
- Must reside in Arepo, Ogun State, or nearby commuting distance
