What you would do
- Maintain supporting documents and accurate entries in the accounting system
- Reconcile supplier, customer, bank and ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare ageing reports, payment schedules, cash-flow updates and other routine financial reports
- Support month-end closing, audits, and inventory-related reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Process supplier invoices, payment requests and approved payments accurately and on time
- Raise customer invoices, monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances

- Two to three years of accounting experience in accounts payable and receivable
